Tikehau-backed EYSA acquires ParkTrade from Marston Holdings
Stockholm-based ParkTrade, which runs cross-border toll and parking fine collection, was sold by UK group Marston Holdings to EYSA.
EYSA, a Spanish mobility technology and services group backed by Tikehau Capital and COFIDES, has acquired ParkTrade, a Swedish company specialising in identifying, notifying and collecting tolls, infrastructure charges and parking fines across borders. The company was previously owned by the UK group Marston Holdings.
ParkTrade was founded in 2005 and is based in Stockholm. Its EPASS24 platform handles congestion charges for foreign vehicles in Stockholm and Gothenburg, and its ParkiaPay solution manages parking fines for vehicles registered abroad in cities such as Amsterdam. EYSA said the deal complements its Tecsidel toll-systems unit and extends its integrated model into tolling. It is EYSA's third acquisition since Tikehau Capital became its reference shareholder in August 2025, after Aluvisa and Joinup.
