Bridgepoint agrees to buy majority stake in Batisante from IK Partners
Paris-based building safety and compliance provider serving 20,000 customers and over 200,000 buildings, sold by IK's IX Fund.
Bridgepoint has agreed to acquire a majority stake in BATISANTÉ from the IK IX Fund, with CEO Nicolas Milesi and management remaining invested. Terms were not disclosed, and the deal is expected to complete by the end of 2026, subject to customary conditions.
BATISANTÉ provides fire protection, hygiene, inspection and maintenance services through more than 1,000 technicians, carrying out about 500,000 interventions a year. Since IK's investment in July 2022, it has completed 14 acquisitions across France and the Benelux.
Bridgepoint plans to accelerate growth in France, expand into selected European markets, broaden its services and pursue further acquisitions. IK said it supported sales, operations and an IT transformation during its ownership.
