Snowhawk Partners invests in Telarus alongside Columbia Capital
Technology services distributor Telarus agrees to a strategic investment from Snowhawk Partners, with continued backing from Columbia Capital.
Snowhawk Partners has entered into a definitive agreement to make a strategic investment in Telarus, a technology services distributor, alongside continued investment from Columbia Capital. The transaction is expected to close before year-end 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Telarus CEO Adam Edwards will continue to lead the company with Chief Commercial Officer Richard Murray and the existing leadership team, and both Edwards and Murray will retain substantial ownership stakes. The companies said the investment will fund deeper engineering and solutions support, better tools and a broader supplier portfolio for Telarus's technology advisors.
Moelis & Company LLC was lead financial adviser to Telarus, with Guggenheim Securities, LLC as financial adviser and DLA Piper as legal counsel. Greenberg Traurig advised Snowhawk Partners. Snowhawk manages about $2.5 billion in assets, and Columbia Capital manages about $9 billion.
