CrowdStrike to acquire Dreadnode
Dreadnode provides automated security testing for AI models, applications and agents, and CrowdStrike will add it to the Falcon platform.
CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) said on November 3, 2026, that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Dreadnode, a provider of automated AI security testing. The announcement was made at Fal.Con Europe 2026 in Barcelona.
Dreadnode will extend the Falcon platform to test AI models, applications and agents for security weaknesses before deployment. Its testing runs more than 100 known AI attack strategies, including jailbreaks and prompt injection, and maps findings to OWASP, MITRE ATLAS and NIST AI RMF frameworks. CrowdStrike said Automated AI Security Testing will be generally available in Q4 FY27.
CrowdStrike said Dreadnode findings will feed its Falcon Guardian runtime protection and that Dreadnode testing data will strengthen its SafeMind models.
