Linden Capital and Nautic Partners invest in AnewHealth
AnewHealth, a Moorestown, N.J. pharmacy care provider serving over 160,000 patients, takes new investment from Linden and Nautic; terms undisclosed.
Linden Capital Partners is making a strategic investment in AnewHealth alongside a significant new investment from Nautic Partners, which first invested in the company through ExactCare Pharmacy in 2016. Linden and Nautic will jointly govern AnewHealth, while CEO Brian Adams and his management team will continue to run the business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
AnewHealth provides clinical pharmacy and medication management to risk-bearing and value-based care organizations, including PACE programs, and says it serves more than 160,000 patients nationwide, up nearly 50% over two years. The Vistria Group, an existing investor, rolled over a minority stake. Cantor Fitzgerald and Morgan Stanley advised AnewHealth, Houlihan Lokey advised Linden, and Kirkland & Ellis advised AnewHealth and Nautic.
