Ingersoll Rand acquires IVEK Corporation

IVEK designs and manufactures small-volume precision liquid metering and dispensing systems, adding about $40 million in annual revenue to Ingersoll Rand's life sciences unit.

Ingersoll Rand Inc. (NYSE: IR) has acquired IVEK Corporation, a United States-based designer and manufacturer of small-volume precision liquid metering and dispensing systems. The deal expands Ingersoll Rand's life sciences portfolio, and IVEK will join the Life Sciences platform within the Precision and Science Technologies segment.

IVEK primarily serves the healthcare, diagnostics, medical device and biomedical industries with fluidic systems, ceramic positive-displacement technology, OEM integration and aftermarket services. The company is described as family-owned. Ingersoll Rand said the investment was made at a low-double digit pre-synergy multiple of 2025 adjusted EBITDA and that IVEK adds approximately $40 million in annual revenue.

Chairman and CEO Vicente Reynal said the addition meaningfully expands the company's life sciences capabilities in precision liquid metering and dispensing. Financial terms beyond the multiple were not disclosed.
