Adding a network of 16 pharmacies under local banners, the deal focuses on clinical support for patients with complex medication regimens, including serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
In a move into behavioral health pharmacy, Linden Capital Partners has acquired ArtesRx, a family of pharmacies serving patients with complex medication regimens. The company operates 16 pharmacies under local banners.
It partners with providers, payors, and community organizations to deliver specialty therapies such as long-acting injectables, medication management, and clinical support to patients with serious mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. “ArtesRx has established itself as a differentiated leader at the intersection of behavioral health and pharmacy, with a mission-driven team and a clinical model that benefits patients, providers, and payors,” said Piyush Shukla, Partner at Linden Capital Partners and incoming board member.
Antares Capital and MidCap Financial provided debt financing for the transaction. Cantor Fitzgerald served as financial advisor to Linden, and Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor to the company.
