Flexpoint Ford and Shamrock Capital acquired Podium Entertainment, a Los Angeles-based independent audiobook publisher representing more than 3,000 authors, from Presidio Investors. GoldState Music joined as a minority investor.
Podium is the audiobook industry’s third-largest publisher, with a catalog that has grown from roughly 1,200 titles in 2019 to more than 15,000 titles and a production team of more than 1,500 narrators.
