A Philadelphia-based wealth management team from myCIO Wealth Partners specializing in wealth management, retirement plan consulting, and tax services has been acquired by Flexpoint Ford-backed Clearstead Advisors.
The nine-person team, led by Paul Bracaglia, serves high-net-worth individuals, families, and retirement plans and managed approximately $2.6 billion in regulatory assets under management and $2.7 billion in assets under advisement as of March 31, 2026.
The transaction brings Clearstead's total advised assets to roughly $68 billion across 14 offices and more than 325 professionals.
