Carolwood agrees to buy Thryv print business for $142 million
The carve-out includes Yellow and White Pages directories in three countries, with closing expected in the fourth quarter.
Carolwood agreed to acquire Thryv's print directories business for $142 million in cash. The sale covers print Yellow and White Pages in the United States, Australia and New Zealand, their digital editions and Australia White Pages online.
Thryv will retain its Internet Yellow Pages and other online properties. The company plans to use net proceeds to repay debt and other liabilities.
Closing is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions. A management services agreement will provide transitional operating support after closing.
