Golden Gate Capital recapitalizes All U Need Pest Control

Golden Gate Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, announced the recapitalization of All U Need Pest Control, which it describes as one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the U.S. Founder and Executive Chairman Steve Groeper and CEO Kyle Selbach will continue to lead the company and remain shareholders alongside the senior leadership team. Terms were not disclosed.

The company serves more than 50,000 customers across 12 locations in Florida, Texas and South Carolina, using eco-friendly methods. Golden Gate said its investment will support expansion into new and existing regions across the southeastern U.S., including greenfield openings. LR Tullius and The Aust Group were exclusive financial advisers to the company, MHR Law was its legal adviser, and Holland & Knight advised Golden Gate Capital.
