TowerBrook-backed ID UNLIMITED acquires Danish sports personalisation firm Jet Sport

ID UNLIMITED, a European provider of premium equipment personalisation and embellishment for sports clubs, leagues and global sports brands, has signed an agreement to acquire Jetsport A/S, known as Jet Sport, based in Viborg, Denmark. The transaction is expected to close by the end of June 2026, subject to customary conditions.

Founded in 1971, Jet Sport serves sports clubs, sporting goods retailers, workwear suppliers and industrial clients. It has around 140 employees. The companies said the deal is the first acquisition under ID UNLIMITED's international expansion since TowerBrook Capital Partners partnered with it in April 2026, and that it brings ID UNLIMITED into the Nordic region.

CEO Jocelyn Robiot said Jet Sport adds digital capabilities and a leading Nordic position. TowerBrook's Edouard Peugeot and Pierre-Louis Baverez called it a first step in a buy-and-build strategy in a fragmented European market.
