EisnerAmper announced plans to combine with RSM US LLP's Sage Intacct consulting practice, adding more than 35 professionals to its Technology Solutions team. The transaction is expected to close in early 2027.
The practice helps clients implement and optimize Sage Intacct and improve financial reporting. TowerBrook Capital Partners backs EisnerAmper's advisory business, Eisner Advisory Group LLC, which operates separately from the licensed attest practice.
