Mutares has sold Cimos, a developer and producer of aluminum and iron castings, machined components and assemblies for the automotive industry, to Cimos' current management team backed by Vero Automotive. The company supplies turbocharger, powertrain and electrification components from production sites across Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Cimos employs approximately 1,350 people and generates revenues of approximately EUR 120 million.
