Creative Sign Designs acquires Rite Lite Signs
The Concord, North Carolina manufacturer adds a second production site to the Heritage Growth Partners-backed signage platform.
Heritage Growth Partners-backed Creative Sign Designs acquired Rite Lite Signs, a Concord, North Carolina manufacturer of architectural signage. The acquisition adds a 50,000-square-foot facility, giving the combined business two production locations and expanding its reach across the Southeast.
Founded in 1989 by David and Tasha Catchpole, Rite Lite provides design, fabrication, project management and installation services. This is Creative’s first add-on since its 2021 recapitalization with Heritage Growth, a family investment office.
