Mutares has lined up an exit from Stuart, a France-based urban and last-mile logistics platform with about €50 million in revenue, to Quiver.
The Finnish property-remediation provider operates more than 20 locations and generated about EUR 25 million of revenue in 2025.
The platform investment centers on the target's operating business, with transaction terms undisclosed in the announcement.
The acquisition adds a heat transfer technology business serving the power generation, oil & gas, industrial, nuclear and energy transition markets.
Adds Dutch distribution and service for proprietary F.lli Ferrari, Kennis and Amco Veba Marine crane and lifting equipment brands.
The roughly €140 million-revenue two-wheeler brand, rebuilt with the acquisition of DAB Motors and a partnership with Sherco, operates across Europe and Asia.
