The UK-based company provides integrated mechanical and electrical system design, installation, and commissioning services to data centre, life sciences, infrastructure, and commercial end markets.
Phoenix ME Limited, a provider of integrated mechanical and electrical engineering services to data centres, life sciences, infrastructure, and commercial customers, has been acquired by H.I.G. Capital. The company serves blue-chip clients across the UK and Europe and has worked on many of London’s highest-profile infrastructure projects.
Founder and CEO Lee Compton will reinvest alongside H.I.G., with the existing management team staying in place, while Jim Arnold joins as Chairman to help lead the next phase of growth. The acquisition follows H.I.G.’s recent purchase of UK infrastructure services firm Avove and adds to the firm’s engineering and infrastructure platform strategy in Europe.
