H.I.G. Capital acquires majority stake in L4A
The platform works with airport, water, and district-heating operators on maintenance and renewal jobs that require complex project execution.
L4A, a platform specializing in maintenance, renewal, and upgrading of infrastructure, has brought in an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital as a majority investor. The company operates from the province of Bergamo, about 30 km from Milan, through subsidiaries Artifoni, LSE, and MPM.
Existing shareholders and Co-CEOs Roberto Paganessi and Andrea Diani will continue to lead the business, with H.I.G. investing in partnership with them to pursue organic growth and complementary acquisitions. The partnership combines H.I.G.'s financial resources and global scale with L4A's industrial capabilities, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial culture.
