Main Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Orgvue
The workforce-planning software provider is Main’s first UK platform investment, serving close to 200 enterprise customers.
Main Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Orgvue, a London-based provider of workforce management software. The business employs about 250 people and helps large enterprises design, plan and manage their workforces through a cloud-based platform.
Customers include HM Government, Mars, Danone and Aviva, while more than 50 consulting firms use the software in workforce and organisational planning projects. Main will work with CEO Oliver Shaw and the management team on product development, international growth and selective add-on acquisitions.
Orgvue has offices across North America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific.
