The deal gives the Main Capital Partners-backed condition monitoring and HSEQ software platform a Netherlands-based business founded in 2004 and headquartered in Almere.
Dyzle offers validated temperature monitoring and environmental monitoring software, pairing wireless and wired sensors with a SaaS platform for dashboards, compliance status and real-time alerts.
The company serves more than 250 customers across pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, food and retail markets.
Sensire is headquartered in Joensuu, Finland, has about 30 employees across offices in Finland and Denmark, and serves more than 400 clients in laboratories, hospitals, food manufacturing, retail and temperature-sensitive logistics; Terms were not disclosed.
