BCS HR Software adds Timegrip to HCM platform

BCS HR Software added Timegrip, Nordic provider of workforce management and HR controlling solutions.
Aalborg, Denmark-based Timegrip employs approximately 105 people and serves more than 1,100 customers in over 30 countries, with a presence in Denmark, Norway and Germany.
Its software supports staff scheduling, time tracking, absence management, compliance, labor-cost control and workforce planning for SMEs, mid-market and enterprise organisations.
Main Capital Partners has backed BCS since 2022; BCS is a Netherlands-based HR and payroll software provider serving more than 3,600 customers across SMEs, large enterprises and the public sector.
The combined group has revenue above EUR 60 million and about 330 employees across the Benelux, Nordic and DACH regions.
