Documation’s suite automates the full downstream purchase-to-pay process—from purchase order creation and goods receipt to invoice matching, accounts payable processing, and financial reporting—and serves approximately 65 customers across education, corporate, healthcare, manufacturing, and municipal sectors.
The transaction is Whitevision’s fifth add-on and its second in the UK since partnering with Main Capital in August 2024.
Whitevision, headquartered in the Netherlands, processes over 30 million documents annually for more than 2,350 customers.
