Horizon acquires LSA Portfolio Analytics
The Missouri firm provides outsourced investment research, portfolio analytics and models to more than 200 advisory firms.
Altamont Capital Partners-backed Horizon acquired LSA Portfolio Analytics, a Missouri-based provider of outsourced chief investment officer services. Founded in 2005 by Brad Kasper and Ryan Kasper, LSA provides research, portfolio analytics and investment models to more than 200 advisory firms nationwide.
Both founders will join Horizon as directors of account management within its consulting solutions business. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Horizon combines investment solutions, planning technology and practice consulting for independent financial advisors.
The acquisition adds to its investment consulting capabilities and was announced as completed on September 23.
