ECI Partners has invested in Shaw Gibbs, a UK accountancy, tax and business-advisory firm serving approximately 25,000 clients. Its customers include private individuals, entrepreneurial businesses, public-sector and nonprofit organizations, and international groups.
Under Apiary Capital’s ownership since 2022, fourteen acquisitions added firms including Alliotts, Martin and Company, and Ireland’s Crowleys DFK. CEO Peter O’Connell leads the business.
ECI will support further investment in the team and technology across its accounting, tax, audit and advisory services.
