Xplor Technologies acquires fitness payroll provider Bitlancer
The deal adds embedded payroll processing and AI-driven operational intelligence to Xplor's vertical SaaS platform, with plans to extend the tools across golf, field services, and education.
Advent International-backed Xplor Technologies acquired Bitlancer, whose payroll automation and AI-powered tools for boutique fitness operators will be integrated across the platform's vertical SaaS businesses.
Bitlancer's TribeEngine.Fit platform handles payroll processing, compensation management, and AI-driven staffing and scheduling optimization for studios and gyms.
Xplor serves more than 130,000 businesses across 72 countries and processes $47 billion in annual payments.
“Joining Xplor allows us to scale our vision significantly faster,” said Rajan Chaudhry, Managing Partner at Bitlancer.
Bitlancer's team will remain with Xplor to lead continued development of embedded payroll and AI capabilities.
