A Swiss medical technology distribution group managed by Winterberg Advisory GmbH and KKA Partners, Healthcare Holding Schweiz AG has added Compet Medical AG, a Schindellegi-based provider of harm-reduction and prevention supplies for low-threshold care settings.
Compet Medical has supplied professional organizations, public institutions, counseling centers and other social-services customers for more than 30 years with products used for safe and hygienic care.
The company serves an established customer base in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and other European markets, supported by warehouse locations in Näfels in the Canton of Glarus and Konstanz, Germany.
The deal gives Healthcare Holding Schweiz a harm-reduction product line within its medical technology distribution and services platform and adds exposure to a sensitive public-health category.
