Med-Metrix adds CanAide from HCAP Partners
The deal brings front-end Medicaid eligibility, enrollment and automation capabilities to health systems and physician groups using the RCM platform.
Harvest Partners and A&M Capital Partners-backed Med-Metrix has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CanAide, an HCAP Partners-owned provider of Medicaid eligibility and enrollment services and RCM automation solutions.
CanAide serves health systems and physician groups across the United States with tools for eligibility determination, enrollment support and financial clearance.
The add-on brings front-end coverage identification, affordability-pathway and workflow automation capabilities to Med-Metrix's end-to-end revenue cycle management suite.
