PartsSource acquires SkillNet to add workforce intelligence to its platform

PartsSource, a performance platform for clinical technology, announced the acquisition of SkillNet, a workforce intelligence platform for healthcare technology management. The deal extends PartsSource's enterprise platform into workforce capability tracking, following recent service optimization and asset performance launches.

PartsSource said the combination will link equipment uptime, service delivery and technician skills. It plans a PRO Workforce offering that includes a multi-vendor Technical Decision Support System and training drawn from its earlier acquisitions of RSTI and NVRT Labs. Five health systems operating 43 hospitals are co-developing the solution as alpha partners.

PartsSource is a portfolio company of Bain Capital, which acquired it in 2021.
