Renovus Capital Partners-backed CloudFirst acquired the IT and cyber managed services practice of Forvis Mazars. The acquired practice brings experience across a wider range of security technologies.
Its clients will retain their existing team members and service relationships while gaining access to CloudFirst’s broader services. Ben Doane joins as senior vice president of cyber security, and Rick Burtt joins as senior director of managed services.
The completed acquisition was announced September 23.
