TXO closes Wesbell Communications acquisition
Adds Canadian Tier 1 customer relationships and additional processing capacity to TXO's global technology lifecycle platform, broadening services available to customers worldwide.
TXO, a global sustainable technology lifecycle solutions company, has acquired Wesbell Communications, a Canadian technology solutions business that supports Tier 1 telecom operators, hyperscalers, and data center customers. Wesbell's capabilities include network and engineering services, managed services, technical support, asset recovery, and third-party maintenance, delivered by a team with deep knowledge of telecoms infrastructure and operations.
TXO was founded in 2005 and has grown through acquisitions; TowerBrook Delta made a majority investment in the company in 2023. DLA Piper acted as legal adviser and Eight Advisory as financial adviser on the transaction.
