Oakley Capital acquired Global Loan Agency Services from LLCP, a London-based independent provider of loan agency and trustee services to the global debt markets. The company serves lenders and borrowers across syndicated loans, direct lending, and capital markets transactions, and its assets under administration grew from about $120 billion in 2021 to over $920 billion under LLCP's ownership.
The transaction has cleared all regulatory approvals.
