Siris has retained EQRS, EQCR and Lenvi as a standalone platform following the firm's agreement to sell Equiniti to Bullish.

The three UK businesses provide outsourced pension administration, customer-resolution services and loan-servicing software to pension schemes, financial institutions and corporate clients.

EQRS supports more than 10 million pension members, and Lenvi's platform manages over £100 billion in credit assets for more than 150 lenders.

EQCR helps financial institutions handle customer complaints through proprietary case-management software.

Siris acquired Equiniti in 2021 and has invested significantly in the businesses since then.

"Maintaining ownership of EQRS, EQCR and Lenvi will establish these businesses as a dedicated platform within our portfolio, with a clear mandate to invest in their growth," said Frank Baker, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, and Grant Weisberg, Principal, at Siris.

As a standalone platform with dedicated resources, the businesses intend to accelerate investment in AI-enabled administration, onboarding capacity and enhanced member experience.
