Oakley Capital acquires majority stake in Graphwise
The acquisition adds a semantic knowledge graph and Graph AI provider serving more than 200 blue-chip customers across North America, Europe, and APAC.
A consortium led by Integral Capital Group sold a majority stake in Graphwise, a semantic knowledge graph and Graph AI software provider, to Oakley Capital through Fund VI. PortfoLion Capital Partners, Carpathian Partners, and the EBRD were part of the selling group.
The company has particular traction in financial services, life sciences, and the public sector and has delivered organic ARR growth above 30% a year. Oakley will work with President Atanas Kiryakov to develop commercial capabilities and go-to-market strategy, support international growth, and pursue selective acquisitions in a fragmented market.
"AI is changing how every organization operates which makes trusted, well-governed data more important now than ever," said Peter Dubens, Founder and Managing Partner of Oakley Capital.
