Stone Point Capital closes Ever.Ag’s risk management unit acquisition

Stone Point Capital acquired Ever.Ag’s risk management unit, a provider of risk management solutions to agricultural producers, processors, and cooperatives. The carve-out will operate as a standalone company under its current leadership and adopt a new brand.

The acquisition gives Stone Point a platform in agricultural risk management with an existing customer base across the production, processing, and cooperative segments of the agricultural economy.
