Yardmaster acquires ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services

Yardmaster, backed by Unity Partners, acquired ProScape Lawn & Landscape Services of Marion, Ohio. Terms were not disclosed.
ProScape was founded in 2005 by Luke Henry and provides commercial grounds management for HOAs, multifamily properties, warehouses, retail centers, healthcare facilities, schools and offices across central Ohio. Henry said Yardmaster's people-first approach made it the right partner.
Yardmaster CEO Mike Montenaro said ProScape deepens the platform's central Ohio presence. Unity Partners' Brett Stoehr said the acquisitions support Yardmaster's effort to build a regional commercial grounds management platform.
