Ansor-backed Ecology Group acquires Dynamic Rivers
Dynamic Rivers, a UK environmental consultancy focused on river and floodplain restoration, has been acquired by Ansor-backed Ecology Group.
Ecology Group, which is backed by private equity firm Ansor, has acquired environmental consultancy Dynamic Rivers. The deal was advised by KBS Corporate, with legal services provided by K3 Law.
Dynamic Rivers was founded in 2021 by George Heritage and Sebastian Bentley and works on river restoration, flood risk mitigation and river basin management projects. Ecology Group said the acquisition adds specialist river and floodplain restoration expertise to its existing services.
