Turf Masters Brands acquires Turf Guys in Illinois
Lake Zurich, Illinois lawn treatment and tree and shrub care provider Turf Guys has been acquired by Roswell, Georgia-based Turf Masters Brands.
Turf Masters Brands has acquired Turf Guys, a provider of lawn treatment, tree and shrub care, and outdoor insect control based in Lake Zurich, Illinois.
Turf Guys serves customers across Chicago's Lake Country area, including Barrington, Buffalo Grove, Libertyville, Mundelein, Palatine and Vernon Hills. The deal extends Turf Masters Brands' Chicago-area presence, which already includes Emerald Lawn Care in Wheeling, Illinois, and ExperiGreen Lawn Care operations. CEO Luis Orbegoso said the acquisition lets the company serve more homeowners in the northern suburbs, and founder Paul Bergeson said the company shares Turf Guys' commitment to honest, high-quality service.
