The Chill Brothers acquires Bowles Heating and Cooling

The Chill Brothers, a residential and commercial HVAC and home services company majority-owned by Forum Asset Management, has acquired Bowles Heating and Cooling, a residential and light commercial HVAC services provider in San Angelo, Texas. The transaction is Chill Brothers’ tenth acquisition, adding a base in West Texas.
Founded by Guy Bowles in 1980, Bowles has served San Angelo and the Concho Valley for more than 45 years and has more than 14,000 customers. The company will retain its name, while Nathan Bowles, its second-generation owner, will continue as general manager.
Bowles will gain access to additional technology, training, operational resources and capital through Chill Brothers.
