Stonepeak completes purchase of BMO's transportation and vendor finance units

Stonepeak, an alternative investment firm focused on infrastructure, has completed its acquisition of the Transportation Finance and Vendor Finance businesses of BMO Financial Group in the United States and Canada. The businesses will operate as an independent company called Longview Capital Solutions.

Longview describes itself as a leading commercial equipment finance platform serving customers across North America. The announcement was made from New York and Dallas.
