Sequoia Financial acquires Boulder wealth manager Quish

Quish is a Boulder, Colorado family office and wealth manager with more than $175 million in client assets as of Sept. 30, 2026.

Sequoia Financial Group, an SEC-registered wealth manager with more than $36 billion in assets under management, has acquired Quish, an independent family office and wealth management firm based in Boulder, Colorado. Terms were not disclosed.

Quish, founded in 2008, provides bespoke portfolios and legacy planning for families and individuals and managed more than $175 million in client assets as of Sept. 30, 2026. The firm will operate under the Sequoia Financial brand, and its clients will gain access to the firm's advisers, specialists and investment platform. Sequoia Financial chairman and CEO Tom Haught said the deal would help the firm expand in the western United States.

The acquisition follows Sequoia Financial's September purchase of BSW Wealth Partners, another Boulder-based wealth manager, and its August acquisition of All Star Financial, a Twin Cities wealth manager. Warner Norcross + Judd LLP served as legal adviser to Quish.
