Mutares to sell Stuart operator SRT Group to Quiver
Mutares plans to exit French last-mile logistics group Stuart, known as SRT Group, about three years after acquiring it, with closing targeted for Q4 2026.
Mutares has received an irrevocable takeover offer from Quiver for its French portfolio company SRT Group, which operates under the Stuart brand. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to informing employee representatives.
Stuart runs an urban and last-mile logistics platform that links business customers with a network of self-employed couriers through its own IT infrastructure. It operates in France, the UK and Poland, and has a technology center in Spain, employing around 70 people on revenue of about EUR 50 million.
Mutares acquired Stuart in 2023 and has since broadened its customer base to reduce reliance on large accounts, invested in technology and reworked operations. Mutares CIO Johannes Laumann said Quiver should accompany the company in its next phase of growth, and the sale reduces the firm's exposure to the retail segment.
