Industrial Growth Partners sells AdvancedPCB to Amphenol
Amphenol agreed to buy AdvancedPCB, a maker of high-reliability circuit boards for defense and aerospace, from Industrial Growth Partners.
Industrial Growth Partners has signed a definitive agreement to sell AdvancedPCB Holdings to Amphenol Corporation, the firm said. The transaction is subject to U.S. regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions; terms were not disclosed.
AdvancedPCB, founded in 1977 and based in Aurora, Colorado, supplies high-reliability printed circuit boards used in mission-critical defense, aerospace and industrial applications, produced at six U.S. facilities. IGP acquired the company in October 2021 alongside management and co-investors.
IGP said it grew the business organically and through several add-on acquisitions, expanded technical sales, engineering and program management, and invested in manufacturing capacity and automation. CEO Greg Halvorson said IGP's support helped the company integrate under a single brand ahead of joining Amphenol.
