Riata-backed Greenix Pest Control acquires Wasatch Pest Control in Utah
Utah-based pest control provider serving Utah County and Salt Lake City homeowners joins Orem-based Greenix, which operates in 19 states.
Greenix Pest Control, a portfolio company of Riata Capital Group and based in Orem, Utah, announced its acquisition of Wasatch Pest Control, a company serving homeowners throughout Utah County and the greater Salt Lake City area.
Greenix said the acquisition strengthens its presence in its home state and increases operational density in existing markets. Brad Floyd, vice president of corporate development at Greenix, said bringing Wasatch's team and customers onto the Greenix platform would let the company serve more neighborhoods efficiently. Greenix, founded in 2011, says it protects more than 500,000 homes across 19 states.
