Brings a sponsor-owned medical device manufacturing asset into a corporate medical technology buyer, with valuation and operating scale not disclosed.
Novanta acquired Riverpoint Medical, a contract manufacturer of surgical sutures and orthopedic implants, from Arlington Capital Partners.
