Ready Support Services, LLC, a provider of enterprise service management and cloud migration for U.S. intelligence agencies, has been added to Arlington Capital Partners-backed Tyto Athene, LLC.
The RSS team brings IT service architecture, design and implementation capabilities, ServiceNow operations work, and on-premises and hybrid cloud operations across multiple security enclaves.
"The acquisition of Ready Support Services marks an important step in expanding Tyto's reach across the Intelligence Community," said Dennis Kelly, chief executive officer of Tyto Athene.
Tyto is a Reston, Va.-based federal systems integrator serving defense, intelligence and civilian agencies, with 11 offices in the U.S. and Europe.
Ready Support Services has supported intelligence and national security agencies with cloud platform and shared-services migrations since 2010.
Terms were not disclosed for the add-on.
