Niobrara Capital acquires MSP Corp
The Canadian managed IT services platform plans to deepen its domestic presence and pursue expansion into the United States.
Niobrara Capital acquired MSP Corp, a Canadian managed IT services provider serving small and midsize businesses. MSP manages customers’ IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud environments through recurring contracts.
Its services include IT monitoring and support, managed cybersecurity, multi-cloud management, backup and disaster recovery. The business has built a national platform through acquisitions.
Niobrara plans to expand that Canadian presence while pursuing growth opportunities in the United States. CEO Habib Mlik will work with Niobrara on the next phase of growth.
The U.S. private equity firm focuses on middle-market business-to-business technology and related services.
