Ivy Fertility has acquired Santa Barbara Fertility Center, a clinic founded in 2008 by reproductive endocrinologist Rene Allen. The deal is backed by InTandem Capital, which sponsors Ivy Fertility.
The clinic joins Ivy Fertility's network, and its founder will continue to practice there after the transaction.
