Ivy Fertility acquires Santa Barbara Fertility Center

InTandem Capital Partners-backed Ivy Fertility acquired Santa Barbara Fertility Center, a California clinic founded in 2008 by reproductive endocrinologist Rene Allen. Allen will continue practicing at the Santa Barbara location.
The acquisition was announced alongside six physician additions across Ivy's network, including reproductive urology expertise supporting its male fertility services. Following the expansion, Ivy has 70 physicians across 17 practices and 30 locations in nine states.
The group provides services including in-vitro fertilization, third-party reproduction and andrology through its national network of fertility clinics.
