Albaron sells Prime Psychiatry to Beacon Behavioral Partners

Albaron Partners, a middle-market healthcare private equity firm, has completed the sale of Prime Wellness LLC, doing business as Prime Psychiatry, to Beacon Behavioral Partners. Prime Psychiatry is described as a regional provider of outpatient psychiatric services for children, adolescents and adults, with operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and Austin, Texas.

Albaron partnered with founder Dr. Efosa Airuehia in 2022 to grow the practice. The parties said Prime Psychiatry will join Beacon's national behavioral health platform, expanding its Texas presence. Debo Adesina, partner at Albaron, said joining Beacon would accelerate the practice's ability to scale its clinical offerings.
