Danforth Health, an Avesi Partners portfolio company, acquired Ambit, a provider of commercial strategy, analytics and patient-identification services for rare and specialty biopharma companies. Ambit combines consulting and technology to help clients identify patients, engage healthcare providers and support therapy adoption.
Its three service areas cover commercial advice, analytics and data, and patient identification. The business joins Danforth’s broader life sciences services platform, which supports drug development and commercialization.
Clearsight Advisors served as Ambit’s exclusive sell-side adviser. Financial terms were not disclosed.
