Great Point Partners sold MLM Medical Labs to Labcorp. Based in Mönchengladbach, Germany, MLM provides central and specialty laboratory services for clinical trials, biomarker testing and drug development.
It supports more than 300 clinical trials at a time and has additional laboratories in Memphis, Tennessee, and Pretoria, South Africa. Great Point said revenue and EBITDA quadrupled during its ownership, which included two acquisitions.
William Blair advised MLM, with McDermott Will & Schulte serving as legal counsel. Financial terms were not disclosed.
